We did completed a full gut renovation about eight months ago with Home Design & Co, and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Everything was clearly explained before the project started, the pricing was transparent, and the schedule was exactly what we expected. Any changes we made along the way were documented through change orders, so there were never any surprises. What impressed us the most was that Home Design & Co truly handled everything. We didn’t have to hire an architect, an expediter, or worry about any of the paperwork required by our building. They took care of the plans, approvals, blueprints, elevations, inspections, and every technical detail that came up during the renovation. As homeowners, we quickly realized how valuable that was because most of us don’t speak the language of construction or understand everything a building requires. Having one company manage the entire process made the renovation feel simple and stress-free. John’s experience really stood out throughout the project. Whenever an unexpected issue came up, he already knew how to approach it. He found solutions, anticipated potential problems, and always figured things out without creating unnecessary delays or stress. That level of experience gave us a lot of confidence from day one. We will absolutely continue working with John and Home Design & Co on future renovation projects, and they’ll also be the company we trust to maintain our property. We renovated our NYC apartment and I could not be more pleased with the outcome, experience, and the attention to detail. I have renovated before, and I have never had such an easy-feeling process. We updated plumbing, added new lighting throughout the apartment, and completely redid the bathrooms and kitchen. We were so impressed with how smoothly things went. Even when things were not perfect, John and his team always fixed it to our liking. I am so grateful we found John and Louise! Their work is such high quality and they remove all of the stress (or as much as they can) for the home owner. 10/10

If I can give them any more stars I would Just for the simple fact that John and his crew helped me and my parents after another company did not want to take the responsibility of finishing there project in my home. John and his crew were able to get the original design from the other company and complete the work that was promised. If I had to do this all over again I would have went to home design and company from the very beginning!
